Terms of Service

These terms govern membership of Sugar Attraction, a private members community for adults. Read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Effective date: 14 October 2026

1. Who provides this service

Sugar Attraction is operated by the company identified below. The same company is the controller of your personal data under the Privacy Policy.

The service is operated by All2U services s.r.o., registered seat Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača, Slovenská republika. Registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 139452/B. Company ID (IČO) 52500471, tax ID (DIČ) 2121082458, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2121082458.

You can reach a person about anything in these terms by email at info@sugarattraction.com or by telephone at +421 944 010 607. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (CET/CEST); we aim to answer within two business days. The Contact page repeats these details.

2. What the service is — and what it is not

Sugar Attraction is a global membership service for adults who are open about what they are looking for. It provides member profiles, discovery without a swipe deck, introductions, private messaging, moderated private albums and a Travel Mode that shows a destination city and period.

The service is not an escort agency and does not arrange or intermediate sexual services. Paying for a meeting, for intimacy, for sex or for a personal service is prohibited, and the service does not support payments between members.

We do not create fictitious accounts and we never send messages that present a member of staff, a moderator or an assistant as a romantic interest.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and confirm this when you create an account.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • You must not be barred from using a service of this kind under the law that applies to you.
  • An account is personal. You may hold one account, and you may not sell, share or transfer it.

The service is offered worldwide. If the law of your country does not allow a service of this kind, or does not allow us to offer it there, we can refuse a registration or remove an account. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, every consumer right described in these terms applies to you in full; elsewhere, the mandatory law of the country where you live applies alongside these terms.

4. Your profile

A profile is reviewed before it becomes visible to other members. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for holding the rights and consents to every photograph and video you upload.

You choose your gender when you first complete your profile. You are told before your first submission for review that you cannot change this value yourself afterwards. A moderator can correct it only as an audited intervention with a recorded reason; a correction cancels the linked verifications and any verification benefit, and a new approval is then required.

5. Verification and what a badge means

Photo verification is based on a short uninterrupted live video selfie with three randomly chosen visual actions and a mandatory decision by an authorised moderator. Automated technical analysis is a supporting signal only. Until a specialist provider is contracted, the service does not claim that it has performed automated liveness or deepfake detection.

A badge never claims more than was actually verified. Phone verification confirms only that a member received an SMS code at that number at that moment; it does not confirm identity, age, wealth or safe behaviour. A verified identity does not imply safe behaviour or wealth, and no badge is a safety guarantee. Verification is voluntary in the current release.

6. Content rules and moderation

Profile media and private album media are reviewed before they are shown to anyone. The following are not allowed anywhere on the service:

  • nudity and pornographic content, and depictions of sexual acts
  • illegal content and content sent to someone who has not asked for it
  • another person’s content used without their consent
  • AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery of a real person
  • any content involving a person under 18, or a person who could be taken for one

Photos, short videos and voice messages sent inside a private conversation are not pre-approved by a person. They are checked for real file type, dimensions and technical limits, decoded and fully re-encoded in isolation without the original metadata, and delivered as a separate watermarked copy prepared for the specific recipient. They can be reported at any time, and a report triggers review by an authorised person.

The web cannot reliably prevent screenshots. Reveal modes such as view-once, blurring and timed display are deterrents, not a promise of protection.

7. Messages cannot be edited or withdrawn

A sent message is permanent for both participants. You cannot edit it or delete it for yourself or for the other person, and the interface does not offer either action.

Safety measures, legal restrictions and data protection requests can restrict content or access, but only as separate, privileged and audited system operations — never as an ordinary chat feature.

8. Memberships and paid access

The service offers a Free membership and two paid memberships, Premium and Elite. What each membership unlocks is enforced by the server and is listed in full on the pricing page. Safety, reporting, verification and privacy controls are available to every member regardless of plan.

A paid membership is bought for a fixed period — 30 or 90 days — at the total price shown at the time of purchase. Any weekly figure shown alongside it is a comparison figure only; the amount charged is always the total for the period. There is no free trial and no annual plan.

Prices are shown in euro and are final: no VAT is added to them and none is itemised on top of them, because the company is not a VAT payer for its own supplies. The Refund Policy explains this and the currency in full.

Whether a membership renews depends on how you pay. Paid by bank transfer, it does not renew by itself: before the period ends we e-mail you, and you can pay for a further period with a new transfer; nothing is charged without you. Paid by card, once card payment is offered, it renews automatically at the end of each period until you turn the renewal off, which you can do at any time in the membership section of your account; the rule is shown next to the payment button before you pay.

Paid access begins only when the payment is confirmed to us: for a bank transfer, when the money is credited to our account and matched to your payment code; for a card, when the payment provider confirms it with a signed event. Returning to our site from a bank or a provider page never grants access by itself. We never see or store card details.

Today you can pay by bank transfer: the payment page shows our account details, the exact amount, a payment code to put in the reference and a QR code for your banking app. Other payment methods are added only after their provider has approved this service; the payment page names each method before you pay, and a card payment then takes place on that provider’s own secure page.

A membership is delivered electronically and nothing is shipped. It is active the moment the payment is matched to your code, normally the same business day the money arrives and in every case within 24 hours of it being credited to us; we e-mail you when it happens. The receipt is issued automatically at the same time and is available in the membership section of your account. If less than the full amount arrives, we hold it, tell you what is missing and start the membership once the rest is credited.

The price list is versioned. Activating a new price never changes an existing subscription or a past transaction retrospectively.

9. Verified-profile benefit

A member whose profile gender is set to woman receives Premium access without a payment method while she holds an approved live video selfie together with either an approved photo selfie or an approved identity verification. This is a granted benefit, not a change of membership role, and it ends when the underlying verifications are no longer valid. Her public profile shows the plan and the precisely named verification badges, never the internal source of the grant.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • offering or requesting payment for a meeting, for intimacy, for sex or for a personal service
  • commercial solicitation, advertising, recruitment or fundraising
  • harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking or sharing another member’s private information
  • impersonating another person, or using photographs you have no right to use
  • fraud, extortion, phishing and any attempt to move a member to an unsafe external payment
  • scraping, automated access, reverse engineering and circumventing membership limits
  • saving, re-sharing or publishing private media or messages received from another member

11. Restriction, suspension and termination

We can restrict a feature, hide content, suspend an account or terminate membership when these terms, the content rules or the law are breached, or when it is necessary to protect members. You are told the reason as far as we are permitted to disclose it, and where the decision can be corrected you are told how.

When we restrict your messaging, suspend or ban your account, or reject your profile or a photo or video, you receive a statement of reasons: what was decided, on which ground, for how long, that a person made the decision, and how to appeal. Automated tools only flag and prioritise reports; they do not decide.

You can appeal against a messaging restriction, a suspension, a permanent ban and a rejected profile, photo or video: once per decision, within six months of it, in your own words. If you can sign in, appeal from the Appeals card in Activity. If your account is suspended or banned, use the public appeal page with the e-mail address of your account. A warning is acknowledged rather than appealed.

An appeal is reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision; an escalated case or a permanent ban is reviewed by the operator personally. We answer within 14 days by e-mail and, where you can sign in, in Activity. The decision stays in force until the appeal is answered. The answer is one of: the decision stands; the sanction is lifted and what it took away is restored; the sanction is shortened; or the profile or media goes back for a fresh review. If a paid membership was ended by a decision we then reverse, the Refund Policy says what happens to the unused part of the period.

You can ask us at any time to deactivate your profile by writing to support from the address registered to it. You can obtain a copy of your data or close and erase your account yourself from the privacy section of your account. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data, and the Refund Policy explains what happens to a paid period.

12. Availability of the service

The service is under active development. Features can be added, changed or withdrawn, and maintenance can interrupt access. Withdrawing a feature that a paid membership includes is a material change, and section 14 says what that entitles you to.

We give no uptime commitment for a consumer membership and we do not operate a service-credit scheme. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, we announce planned maintenance in advance where that is possible, and we keep an unplanned interruption as short as we can.

That is a statement about what we promise, not a way around the law. If a paid membership is not in conformity with this contract, your statutory rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in your country apply in full, and the Refund Policy explains how to use them.

13. Liability

Members are responsible for their own conduct, both on the service and when they choose to meet. We verify what we say we verify and we moderate as described above, but we do not vouch for any member and we cannot guarantee anyone’s safety, honesty or intentions.

We provide the service as it is described on these pages and on the pricing page. Beyond that description and beyond your statutory rights we give no further warranty: we do not warrant that you will meet anyone, that any member is who or what they say they are beyond what a badge states, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Where we are liable to you, our total liability for all claims connected with your membership is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.

That limit never applies to:

  • damage we cause intentionally or by gross negligence
  • death or personal injury
  • anything that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including your rights as a consumer where a paid membership is not in conformity with this contract

These terms contain no indemnity clause. You are not asked to defend us or to carry our costs in a claim brought by someone else; what you owe us in that situation is what the law says you owe, and nothing more.

14. Changes to these terms

We will publish any new version on this page and record the date it takes effect.

A material change is announced by email to the address registered to your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can end your membership at any time before that date, and doing so means the change never applies to you.

If a material change is to your disadvantage and you hold a paid membership, ending it for that reason entitles you to a refund of the unused part of the period you have paid for, calculated pro rata.

A correction of a typing error, and a change we have to make immediately because the law requires it, can take effect sooner. Using the service after the effective date means the new version applies to you.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any contract concluded under them, are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, that choice does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live. You can bring a claim against us before the courts of that country, and we can sue you only there. Where the previous sentence does not apply, disputes are heard by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

Complain to us first: write to support and we will answer. If we cannot settle it between us, you can ask the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk) to handle the dispute out of court. Using that route does not take away your right to go to court instead.

16. How to reach us

Support and company contact details are on the Contact page. That page also identifies the company behind the service.
